Angela Langston

Senior Vice President, Customer Care and Delivery

Inspired through driving customer success, Angela Langston, focuses on the customer journey to ensure governments realize their vision of providing mobile and online services to their citizens. She is passionate about driving civic engagement through the use of best practices, domain experience, industry standards, innovation and technology.

Langston joined Accela in 1999 and has served in a variety of leadership positions. In her current role as Senior Vice President, Customer Care and Delivery, she is responsible for overseeing Accela’s Customer Success, Customer Delivery, and Customer Support teams and charged with ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle.

Previous to her current position, Langston served as Accela’s Vice President of Customer Care for more than five years where she established the company’s Account Management and Customer Success divisions. For nearly a decade prior, she held various positions within the Accela Sales organization, including Regional Account Manager, Director of Sales for Eastern US, and VP of Sales for Eastern US where she consistently exceeded company bookings targets.

Langston graduated magna cum laude from Murray State University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Organizational Communications.
