Steph Allen

Steph Allen is Accela’s Chief Financial Officer, responsible for overseeing the company’s financial strategy and operations to support Accela’s long-term growth and mission.

Steph brings extensive experience in corporate finance, strategic growth initiatives, and operational efficiency across multiple industries. Most recently, she served as CFO at ServiceChannel, where she led financial strategy, acquisition integration, and performance optimization. Prior to that, she held senior finance leadership roles at Fluke Health Solutions and Fortive Corporate, where she managed financial reporting, FP&A, and business integration efforts.

Steph holds a BBA from Columbia College and an MSA from Oklahoma City University and has built a career focused on driving financial excellence, supporting business expansion, and fostering high-performing teams.
