Vito Giallorenzo

Vito Giallorenzo is Accela’s Chief Strategy Officer, responsible for driving corporate strategy, partnerships, M&A, and long-term growth initiatives to support the company’s mission.

Vito holds a strong background in finance, technology and cybersecurity, with a focus on accelerating growth through strategic innovation and business optimization. He brings extensive experience in corporate development, strategic partnerships, and financial leadership. Prior to joining Accela, he held multiple executive roles at BlackBerry, including Chief Financial and Operating Officer, as well as General Manager, in the IoT business unit, as well as SVP of Corporate Development for the Company. He successfully drove Blackberry’s software transformation through various initiative across M&A, strategic partnerships and new business innovation. Before Blackberry he spent over a decade in technology investment banking at Perella Weinberg Partners and Morgan Stanley, as well as earlier roles in corporate development at Naspers and in engineering at Cisco Systems.
