Dave Rusconi

Dave Rusconi is Accela’s Sr. Vice President of Cloud Operations. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the company’s SaaS and IT strategy and ensuring the highest possible standards for service availability, performance and security for a global customer base. Prior to joining the Accela team, Dave served as VP of Technical Operations at Zuora, accountable for all aspects of production delivery of SaaS services that automate all subscription and order-to-revenue operations in real-time for any business. Previous to Zuora, he worked as Vice President of Cloud Operations at Ellie Mae, leading self-hosted to hosted migrations to SaaS as well as SaaS Operations for mortgage loan origination services. He has also held senior management roles in engineering and operating some of the world’s most secure, compliant, mission-critical, massive scale and highly available cloud services, including GE Digital (delivery of a PaaS for GE’s IoT platform), Cisco (leading product development and go-to-market for game-changing cloud-based network management solutions), and Microsoft (Hotmail and early generations of Azure services). Dave holds a BS in Computer Engineering from San Jose State University.
