Manager, Software Test Engineering
Remote Based, Costa Rica

Test Engineering is a critical function within Engineering. You will play an instrumental role in building a strong QA team in our Costa Rica region, focusing on product quality, increasing engineering productivity, performance engineering, DevTestOps, and establishing effective communication with cross-functional teams. Software Test Lead Engineer

The Software Test Development Lead (SDET – Lead) is focused on delivering efforts in the Costa Rica center to ensure full test coverage for ongoing Accela Civic Platform (SaaS) releases. Additionally, this role involves advancing Accela up the maturity curve for Test Automation, Test-Driven Development, CI/CD, and Performance Engineering.

You will play an instrumental role in driving Accela’s roadmap to deliver cost-effective infrastructure and software systems by defining KPIs, standards, baseline architectures, and production initiatives.

Sr. Financial Analyst
Remote Based, Costa Rica

The Sr. Financial Analyst will be an integral part of the FP&A team charged with providing high-caliber, relevant financial analysis and supporting our business partners with ongoing and budget analysis that is insightful and actionable. This role offers an opportunity to collaborate with colleagues within the FP&A department and partner cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization. Additionally, the Sr. Financial Analyst will support the financial closing process, owning key deliverables and partnering closely with the Accounting team.

Inbound Product Management serves as the voice of the customer within Accela. Our team is responsible for driving execution by translating customer needs into impactful, solution-driven roadmaps. We focus on the internal development of products, including gathering requirements, defining features, and collaborating closely with engineering teams. By managing the product roadmap and prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market analysis from the outbound Product Manager, we ensure that our products align with user needs and business objectives.

The Account Executive will be an integral member of a cross-functional regional Sales team, working closely with the Account Directors within the region and responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, closing deals, and maintaining and expanding mid-sized opportunities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong sense of urgency and a proactive approach, consistently focusing on pipeline growth. They will be highly motivated to build and expand their book of business, ensuring sustained success and development within their designated market.
