If you are using Accela to add new services for the city, town or state you support – or just want to raise awareness of what you already have – take advantage of the Accela Services Communications Kit to help your residents understand the Accela services you offer. Current Accela customers can log into their Accela Success Community account and download the entire kit, which includes templates for signage, announcements and emails, as well as social media best practices.
